How orders ship
Our first apparel and headwear pieces will be made to order by production partners. Production and delivery estimates depend on the item and destination. Review the estimate shown on each product page and at checkout before ordering. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.
Returns and quality issues
For Fourthwall-fulfilled items, the platform’s Returns & FAQ policy applies. Made-to-order items generally cannot be returned for a change of mind or size, while print errors, damage, and other quality issues can be reviewed through the Contact form with your order number and clear photos. Please consult the full Returns & FAQ page for the current policy and time limits.
Future limited pieces
If we produce a limited piece ourselves, its shipping methods, timing, and return terms will be stated on the product page before it becomes available.
